What to do if my package was delivered and not in my mailbox?
If any case your package was marked delivered but not received please wait a day or two to see if it turns up if not, please email me with your order number to resend out another.
What are the next steps in case of a lost, stolen, or damaged package?
If your package is lost in transit please file a claim with usps as it is no longer my issue. For stolen or damaged please email me so we can figure out how to get this issue rectified.
How can I get my package reshipped in case of wrong address?
Please email me before your package is shipped out to rectify an address change. If not, there will be an $8.00 reshipment fee.

If you are the type of person who is very weary about things rubbing against your skin, please start with a solid color waistbead to get used to the feeling of them.
Can anyone wear waistbeads?
I can’t stress this enough… ANYONE can wear waistbeads. As long as you have a waist big or small you can wear them.
Are your waistbeads plus-size friendly?
YES! I offer up to 80 inches if you are plus size at no extra charge. If you are beyond 80 inches. Please do not hesitate to notate it in the special instructions for extra inches.
How do they help with weight loss?
Please keep me in mind that waistbeads DOES NOT help you lose weight. They are simply to track your progress without using a scale. What I mean by that is when you are gaining weight you will notice your beads are getting more snug and tight sometimes to the point where they re uncomfortable which is their way of telling you to slow down. However when you lose weight your beads will loosen and will drop more on your waist.
